Shipping Rates and Policies
Any order placed on CapitolSupply.com over the amount of $50, before any applicable taxes, qualifies for free standard shipping (freight items excluded). This means that the
price you pay is the price delivered to you. Orders totaling $49.99 or
less will be subject to a flat-fee shipping charge of $7.99 for standard
shipping. Most of the items that are shipped domestically will arrive either via UPS or FedEx.
If the item is being shipped outside of the 48 Continental United States, the
order will be delivered via the United States Postal Service.
CapitolSupply.com requires a signature on all packages. Please ensure that there is someone
to receive your order at the address you ship to.
In rare instances, UPS, FedEx or other carriers of choice will use their
discretion and leave packages on porches and doorsteps. By accepting our
policies, you also accept responsibility for packages left by the carrier. Due to specific weight and size restrictions, some of the products found on
CapitolSupply.com may be delivered by a third-party freight company. We do
our best to indicate which items on our site are shipped via freight carrier,
but this information may only be available after the item is ordered. We strive to ship items as soon as possible. Once an order is placed, our
customer security team will review the order to ensure its validity and that it
is free of fraud. Once this process is completed and the order is passed
to our warehouse, shipping usually occurs within 24 hours.
